Five bedrooms in the main house includes a primary suite on the top floor complete with an outdoor shower and a terrace with sea views and three bedrooms on the main floor each with an en suite bathroom. The guest house includes two bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and a courtyard dining area and outdoor areas for relaxation and sea views.
Island life allows for new memories with family and friends, relaxation at the sea with opportunities for amazing cuisine and sea experiences on the island.
The seafront includes a fire pit with seating and beautiful views of the sea and Glyfa Beach for reflection and serenity. The exquisite design of the garden captures the unique character of Paros with olive and pomegranate trees, lavender plants and an array of flowers to show off the island’s nature.

The main floor of the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, family room and dining area for 10 guests with direct access to the outdoor pool area with amazing sea views.
Top floor
Primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with his & hers sinks and indoor and outdoor showers including direct access to the terrace with stunning sea views.
Main floor
Three queen bedrooms are located on the main floor with en suite bathrooms, and direct access to patios with sea views. One bedroom can be converted to two twin beds.
Lower level
A private bedroom includes two twin beds with an en suite bathroom and a TV for gaming.
Gym
Full-size gym with state of the art equipment including a treadmill, recumbent bike, free weights with a bench including a TV and a full bathroom with shower.
Guest house
The guest house includes an apartment and a private entry guest room. The apartment includes a family room with kitchenette, TV and outdoor patio with sea views and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a patio with direct sea views. The guest room has a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an outdoor patio with sea views. The beds can be converted to two twin beds.
